This Association was established in the Month of January 1984 with the efforts of some like-minded social activists of the region and Registered on 16 January 1985.

This National Association for Welfare of the Physically Handicapped (NAWPH) is a leading NGO in Central India, which has been working dedicatedly for the welfare of the persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) Philanthropy & Humanitarianism are the basic mission of the Organisation. We are running the different activities like, Vocational Training School for the Disabled(VTSD) at Amravati, Residential School for the Blind at Chikhaldara and Daryapur. School forthe Deaf at Nagpur, NAWPH College of Special Education at Amravati, NIEPVD Extension SaleCounter at Amravati, Braille Library at AmravatiIn order to provide better education and other support services to the students withdisabilities; this Institution has been striving to cater all requirements with support of most like-minded people and charitable Institutions like you and yours.
